Haril Shukla

Festival Chairman

Haril Shukla has been a part of the entertainment industry for the past 26 years. Starting as a Production Manager, he worked his way up as the Head of Production in reputed companies like Network 18, Miditech and ZEE TV Network. Serials like Akanksha, Vakaalat and Bhanwar were produced during his tenure. To satiate his urge for creativity, he pursued direction and worked with companies such as Ventures Direct Television and Creative Channel as a Director/Creative Director. During his creative journey, he directed several travel shows, chat shows, fashion programs, serials, over 200 documentaries and short films on various social issues based on national interests. He was one of the core faculty members of ICE (Institute for Creative Excellence), a Balaji Telefilms initiative.

Arhima Sharma

Festival Director

Arhima's immersion into the world of filmmaking happened a decade ago. Starting from scratch, she worked her way up through leading production houses in India including Fremantle Media India, Dharma Productions, Reliance Entertainment, Balaji Telefilms, Essel Vision and many more. She has also directed documentary films for the Government of India. Her project as an Associate Producer, “Aaron”, a Marathi feature film, was selected to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival, by the Government of Maharashtra.

Umesh Dubey

Creative Director

A Successful first-generation entrepreneur, Umesh Dubey has been a role model for lots of new-generation entrepreneurs. His hard work, and the ability to convert disaster into opportunity, helped his company achieve the status of a recognized export house by the Government of India in 1996, thus making him one of the youngest garment manufacturer & exporter of those times. He has represented India as an official delegate of FICCI and Govt. of India for numerous conferences all over the world. An avid single digit golfer, co-sponsor for many golf tournaments all over India, Umesh is a proud father of two child prodigies who are among the top 20 golf players in India at a young age of 14 years. His philanthropic activities include promotion of Ayu Dham - an old age home as a Founder member. Adding to that, various Welfare activities and medical aid to ground staff of several golf courses. With his artistic flare for writing, Umesh satiates his urge through poems and ghazals, and is a popular invitee in a lot of cultural events.


Festival Associate

Dr. Nabhkumar 'Raju' is an internationally Acclaimed Filmmaker & Professional Film-Educator. He is the co-founder of India's most prestigious film school "Holy River International Film School and Productions India" He has been honoured with a Doctorate Degree by Mother Teresa University for Edu Infotainment. BBC London interviewed Nabh Sir for his film "HITLIST", world's first film with genuine criminals. He was awarded with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Trophy, for his film "Nabbey...every second counts", and the Nelson Mandela Nobel Peace Award 2022. The filmmaker has also been an integral part in the making of box office hits like 'Maine Pyar Kiya', 'Hum Aapke Hain Kaun' and 'Pyar Kiya toh Darna Kya'. He has been teaching Cinema for the past two decades. Adding on, he is a motivational speaker and a Naturopath doctor.
